The reporter learned from the intelligent computing ecology seminar held on May 9 that the "intelligent computing ecosystem" jointly initiated by a number of enterprises and organizations from all parties in the industry was officially established.
According to reports, the "Intelligent Computing Ecosystem" aims to promote the high-quality development of the mainland's intelligent computing industry by optimizing the allocation of intelligent computing resources, improving the efficiency of intelligent computing services, and promoting the efficient and collaborative management of resources. At present, the ecosystem has brought together multiple forces in the intelligent computing industry chain, and the first batch of members include China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, Huawei, Alibaba, Baidu, Tencent, Migu, iFLYTEK, Baichuan Intelligence, Suiyuan Technology, Ant Group, China Telecom, China Mobile, China Unicom, ZTE, etc.
It is reported that the Intelligent Computing Ecology Seminar was jointly sponsored by the Computing Industry Development Matrix and the Open Data Center Committee (ODCC). Wang Xiaoli, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, said at the meeting that it will actively promote the construction of the "intelligent computing ecosystem", rely on the China computing platform, establish an efficient docking and collaboration mechanism, promote the full convergence and utilization of intelligent computing resources, and put forward development suggestions such as promoting the experimental verification of domestic intelligent computing, improving the standard system of intelligent computing power and carrying out certification work. Li Jie, Vice Chairman of the Open Data Center Committee (ODCC), said in the chair that in order to accelerate the construction of an "intelligent computing ecosystem", it is necessary to increase efforts to promote the technological innovation, industry empowerment and scenario implementation of the intelligent computing industry. Guo Liang, Chairman of the Overall Group of the Computing Industry Development Phalanx, proposed in his keynote speech that under the premise of tight coupling, it is necessary to cooperate with all parties in the intelligent computing ecological chain to form an "intelligent computing ecosystem", focusing on the ecological construction, software and hardware compatibility, standards and specifications, testing and certification of intelligent computing, so as to promote the comprehensive development and application of intelligent computing technology.
In addition, a symposium on the "Intelligent Computing Ecosystem" was held in the morning of the same day, which was attended by relevant responsible comrades of the Information and Communication Development Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and representatives of more than 20 intelligent computing industry chain enterprises.
The reporter was informed that the compilation of the "Panorama of the Large Model Computing Ecosystem (2024)" was launched at the same time. This panorama will comprehensively and deeply analyze the development status of the "intelligent computing ecosystem", and determine the strategic layout and development path for the intelligent computing industry by analyzing the internal connections and interaction mechanisms between various components in the ecosystem, so as to accurately grasp the future development trend and promote the high-quality and sustainable development of the intelligent computing industry.
