In the Taohuayuan Health Care B&B project, the relevant person in charge of the Linwei District Foreign Economic Cooperation Bureau inspected the project site on the spot, and exchanged views with the person in charge of the enterprise on the construction planning, operation mode and service concept of the health care B&B. Relying on the Taohuayuan Scenic Area and Guanzhong's characteristic culture, the project renovates and upgrades the original buildings, introduces health care services, medical security, commercial applications and other contents into the homestay, and creates a sojourn base integrating scenic sightseeing and health care services.
In the Management Committee of the Better Life Demonstration Zone, the relevant person in charge of the Linwei District Foreign Economic Cooperation Bureau successively visited the Meiqi Mingyao Garment Production Base Project and the 50,000-ton-a-year aluminum plate curtain wall material production base project in the Better Life Demonstration Zone, and communicated with the person in charge of the enterprise. The Meiqi Mingyao garment production base project, with an investment company from Fujian, is one of the enterprises in Linwei District that will vigorously develop the silver hair industry in 2023 and sign a contract. Since the project was put into operation in August last year, it can produce 2,000-3,000 sets of clothing and 4,000-5,000 sets of bedding in a single quarter, with the production capacity of high-end customized fabrics and other categories of clothing. The annual output of 50,000 tons of aluminum curtain wall material production base project is the result of the project signed in Linwei District in 2022, the investment enterprise is from Henan, the project settled in the demonstration area of a better life in the early stage and incubated and grown by the small and micro enterprise park.
The relevant persons in charge of the Linwei District Foreign Economic Cooperation Bureau have inspected the project site on the spot, and communicated with the project construction person in charge and the person in charge of the enterprise on the project progress and talent policy. The Sanyuanli Pastoral Complex Health Care Homestay Project, with a total investment of 180 million yuan, is a signed project in 2023. After the completion of the project, it will become an important support for rural revitalization and cultural tourism and health care industry in our district, and the transaction of rural collective operating construction land (pilot) has been completed recently, and the ground foundation of the restaurant has been partially completed, and the pouring work will be completed by the end of May. The Strontium Long-term Chinese Herbal Medicine Planting Industrial Park project will be signed in 2023, with more than 200 acres of Chinese medicinal materials such as Atractylodes atractylodes and salvia, and the research and development of Chinese herbal medicine planting technology, processing and sales of Chinese medicinal materials will be carried out with the Chinese herbal medicine processing base and Chinese medicine seedling base in Yangguo Town. The main person in charge of the project is the young talent of Xi'an Talent Program, who has published a number of papers in the field of traditional Chinese medicine planting, and the enterprise is a high-tech enterprise in Xi'an.
In the Muyuan Hengheng Ecological Breeding R&D Project in Qiaonan Town, the relevant responsible comrades of the Linwei District Foreign Economic Cooperation Bureau communicated with the person in charge of the enterprise on the construction plan and construction progress of the third phase of the project. The total investment of the project is about 60 million yuan, and it is planned to build a modern Danish pig breeding base in three phases, which started construction in January this year.
