On April 29, Xihe County held a conference to commemorate the 105th anniversary of the May Fourth Movement and the fifth plenary session of the Joint Conference on Youth Work. Fan Dengkui stressed: Communist Youth League organizations at all levels in the county should further play their role as a bridge and link to connect and serve young people, base themselves on the actual conditions of their work, and organize, mobilize, and unite the vast number of youth league members in the broadest possible way.
