On April 30, Yang Yan, deputy secretary of the county party committee and county magistrate of the government, presided over the fourth meeting of the county land and space planning committee in 2024 to review the design plan of five construction projects including the traditional Chinese medicine industry bridge in Wuli Village, Hanyuan Town, Xihe County.

It is necessary to improve the position, strengthen understanding, change concepts, update concepts, take the initiative to comply with the planning and design management process, strictly control the planning and design of the project with a rigorous and meticulous attitude, continue to standardize construction behavior, give full play to the role of planning guidance and rigid control, and effectively lead high-quality development with high-level planning. It is necessary to focus on the needs of development, adhere to the ability to do what we can, and continue to design the plan to ensure that the planning and design are more in line with the actual development of the West.
