The party committee of the brigade attaches great importance to the pre-job training of newly recruited government full-time firefighters, and studies the "pre-job training program for full-time firefighters of Kailu County Government", and organizes a pre-job training mobilization and deployment meeting as soon as possible. During the training period, the chief officer of the brigade actively listened to the report on the training work, inspected the training, study, and life of the training team members on the spot, and guided the training work on the spot to ensure that all arrangements were in place.
Pay close attention to discipline and strictly manage and cultivate work style. Strictly implement the one-day life and work system, unify the internal affairs standards, standardize the work and rest of the training team members, adopt the method of quantitative evaluation, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the training team members, and effectively promote the discipline and work style of the training team members. At the same time, the training team members were organized to visit the team history exhibition hall to enhance the sense of historical responsibility and professional honor of the training team members, guide them to draw wisdom and strength from the team history, and further improve the team's cohesion and combat effectiveness.
Theoretical learning, strengthen awareness and ensure safety. Strengthen the safety awareness and habit formation of safety, compliance with regulations, and risk avoidance. For the training team members, we distributed learning materials such as "100 Questions on the Safety of Combat Training of Fire and Rescue Teams", "Safety Shorthand Manual for Combat Training", "Key Points for Handling Common Typical Disasters and Accidents" and "Typical Cases of Fire Fighting and Rescue", and organized and carried out "one study per day" and "one test per week". Jointly with the Red Cross, we carried out ambulance training to effectively improve the self-rescue and mutual rescue ability of the training team members and their awareness of disaster prevention and risk avoidance.
Scientific training, lay a solid foundation and promote results. Carry out muscle endurance training, core strength training, and cardiopulmonary function training on a regular basis to comprehensively improve the physical fitness of the training team members. Carry out a physical fitness test once a week to accurately grasp the physical fitness dynamics of each full-time firefighter of the new government, highlight the effectiveness of training, and achieve a leap forward in the basic physical fitness of all employees, and the pass rate of 3000-meter running results has increased from 46% of the initial physical fitness test to 96% at present.
Benchmark actual combat, consolidate skills and win. Continuously grasp the training mechanism, optimize the training mode, and carry out real fire and smoke training, water gun jet technology, self-rescue and mutual rescue technology and other subject training through the method of "theoretical teaching + practical operation", comprehensively improve the actual combat ability level of the training team members, and promote the transformation of the basic training work of the camp from "basic physical fitness" to "practical combat and practical", so as to lay a solid foundation for winning various fire fighting and rescue tasks.
Strict assessment, unity and cooperation for the first. During the assessment period, the assessment team strictly followed the standard requirements, always adhered to the principle of "seeking truth from facts, rigorous and meticulous, objective and fair", checked and inspected the identity information, assessment venue and assessment equipment of the reference team members one by one, strictly assessed the process, strict operating procedures, and strict discipline in the examination room, and effectively tested the effectiveness of the backbone training. All the reference team members are full of spirit and high morale, fully demonstrating the results of the training and creating a strong training atmosphere of tenacious struggle and courage to fight for the first.
