The most beautiful April day in the world is a good time to read. Reading is the best gesture, and communication is the best communication. The fourth phase of the "10,000 Primary and Secondary School Principals Training Program" in Henan Province "Redefining the School" inter-class reading exchange and sharing meeting came as scheduled, and the east and west districts shared in the 302 lecture hall and the physics north building of the Qiushi Middle Building of Henan Normal University respectively. Through reading and a series of exchange activities, we have appreciated the educational philosophy of No.11 Middle School based on the perspective of "creating an education suitable for the development of each student", respecting the development of students' personalities, stimulating students' interest in learning and creativity, so that students can choose their own learning paths according to their interests and abilities, and truly discover themselves, awaken themselves, and become the best version of themselves.
