The spring breeze blows and everything wakes up, and the flowers bloom all over the ground with bright colors. In order to enrich the extracurricular life of minors in the jurisdiction, let the children feel the charm of traditional culture in the warm spring breeze. On April 13, Fuzhuang Community, Songguantun Street, joined hands with Dezhou Volunteer Service Federation to carry out the hand-painted kite activity of "Kite Seeking Spring and Enjoying Spring".
During the activity, volunteers explained the origin, style, production, and flying skills of kites to the children, and distributed material packs, paintbrushes, and paints to each child. Afterwards, with the help of the Texas College Youth Volunteer Service Team, the children picked up paintbrushes, dipped them in colorful paints, and used their imagination to render their own exclusive colors on the kites, just like little artists.
Hot air balloons, underwater worlds, cartoon characters...... The kite culture, which has been passed down for more than 2,000 years, and the rich imagination of children is perfectly integrated at this moment. The colorful and lifelike kites are the children's innocent dreams.
This activity provided a good display platform for the children, and it was also a vivid extracurricular class, which not only made everyone feel the breath of spring, but also experienced the joy of hands-on.
