Strengthen organizational leadership and build ideological consensus. The Standing Committee of the County People's Congress has always put ethnic work in an important position, regarded the creation of a demonstration unit for national unity and progress as a "number one" project, and planned with a high position, a high starting point, and a high standard. Accurately grasp the profound connotation of "not seeking national work, it is not enough to seek the overall situation", closely follow the main line, highlight the theme, and create a strong atmosphere for national unity and progress. Persist in studying and implementing General Secretary Xi Jinping's important ideas on strengthening and improving ethnic work and the spirit of the Central Ethnic Work Conference as an important political task, and promote the formation of a normalized propaganda and education mechanism. In the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress, the "Ten Ones" activity was innovatively carried out, through the convening of an annual promotion meeting for the demonstration and creation of national unity and progress, a special lecture on "Casting the Consciousness of the Community of the Chinese Nation", carrying out a centralized discussion of the Party Group Theoretical Learning Center Group, holding a knowledge test of "Casting the Consciousness of the Community of the Chinese Nation", carrying out a parent-child reading activity for ethnic unity and progress, naming a group of demonstration families for national unity and progress, and visiting a theme education hall of "Forging the Consciousness of the Community of the Chinese Nation". Strengthen the leadership of representatives and gather work forces. Based on the advantages of the most extensive, closest and most direct contact between the people's congress deputies and the people, fully stimulate the enthusiasm of the people's congress deputies to perform their duties, make them multi-angle, multi-level and multi-channel in-depth propaganda of ethnic work, be a good policy propagandist, do a good job of collecting people's feelings, and promote the people of all ethnic groups in the county to live in harmony, like a family, and hug each other tightly like pomegranate seeds. Give full play to the role of people's congress deputies as the main body and as a bridge and link, and ensure the proportion of ethnic minority deputies among the county's people's congress deputies in accordance with the law. Pay attention to the handling of people's congress deputies' suggestions, criticisms, and opinions, and ensure that the handling of suggestions is of high quality. Establish, manage, and make good use of the deputies' activity positions, and the deputies' activities will be vigorously carried out during the intersessional period. Do a good job in coordinating and providing services for people's congress deputies to attend relevant meetings of the county party committee, county government, and the procuratorate and the procuratorate as observers, as well as other supervisory activities, to ensure the deputies' right to know, to participate, and to express their opinions, and to ensure that all ethnic groups are jointly masters of their own affairs and participate in the legitimate rights and interests of the management of state affairs.

Organically combine the demonstration and creation of national unity and progress with the functions and powers of the people's congress, constantly innovate and build methods and carriers for joint construction, co-creation, and mutual promotion and interaction with all parties, persist in governing ethnic affairs in accordance with the law, promote ethnic unity, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the people of all ethnic groups in accordance with the law. The comprehensive use of listening to and deliberating special work reports, investigation and inspection, law enforcement inspections, work evaluations, special inquiries and other forms of supervision, has effectively promoted the implementation of laws and regulations and the "government, committee, and procuratorate" administration according to law, fair justice, and guided the people of all ethnic groups in the county to firmly establish the community concept of sharing weal and woe, weal and woe, life and death, and destiny, and promote extensive exchanges, comprehensive exchanges, and in-depth integration of all ethnic groups, and further consolidate the achievements of national unity and progress.
