On April 28, at Yingdong Middle School in Guangzhou, Huo Qigang, Member of the Legislative Council of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and President of the Nansha Cultural Association, and Guo Jingjing, Olympic Diving Champion and Director of Nansha Yingdong Education and Training Center, attended the launching ceremony of the first group of the 2024 Hong Kong and Macao people visiting Nansha series of activities, and together with 200 representatives of teachers and students from Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, they opened up a colorful Nansha in the way of "sports + tourism".

"Education should not be limited to book knowledge, cultural and physical education is equally important. In his speech, Fok said that with the establishment of the one-hour living circle in the Greater Bay Area, Hong Kong and Macao students can easily go to the mainland for exchanges, which can not only effectively solve the problem of Hong Kong's limited sports training venues, but also enhance the skills, broaden horizons and enhance friendship of young people through exchange activities.
