In order to thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, educate and guide the majority of League members and young people to carry forward the spirit of May Fourth, stimulate young people's patriotic enthusiasm, and strengthen their ideals and beliefs to always follow the party, on the occasion of the "May Fourth Youth Day", the Youth League District Committee organized a series of activities for the "May Fourth" Youth Day.
The Youth League Committee organized the secretaries of the township Youth League Committee, the secretary of the Youth League Committee of each school, and the counselor of the brigade to visit the Chaoyang Emergency Fire Science Education Base, and the base interpreters took the form of on-site teaching, interactive Q&A, operation demonstration, etc., to lead the visitors to visit the fire science knowledge area, the simulated 119 telephone alarm area, the fire equipment display area, the AR inspection fire hazard area and other functional areas, and watched the fire education warning video, which further enhanced everyone's fire safety awareness and fire practice ability.
The Youth League and District Committee, together with the District Cultural Center, the District Science and Technology Library, the District Museum, and the District Intangible Cultural Heritage Center, jointly entered the Longcheng District Fire and Rescue Brigade and held a theatrical performance of "May Fourth Passing the Torch and Youth Building New Achievements". The performance uses a variety of performance forms such as singing and dancing, poetry recitation, musical instrument performance, and Sichuan opera face changing, integrating mass, artistry and uniqueness, and bringing beautiful artistic enjoyment to the audience. The fire commanders and fighters have expressed that they will take this event as an opportunity to devote themselves to the fire rescue work with a fuller mental state, a more rigorous work attitude, and a more solid work style, so as to escort the high-quality development of Longcheng and show new responsibilities and new achievements in the new era and new journey.
Through the "May Fourth" Youth Day series of activities, it shows the positive spirit and courageous and enterprising work momentum of the young fire and rescue team members in Longcheng District, as well as the development and changes of Longcheng in the new era and their strong hometown feelings and passionate motivation, so that the youth members have a deeper understanding of the value of the May Fourth spirit.
