The Market Supervision and Administration Bureau of Zhungerqi carried out the safety supervision of special equipment in the foreground of the "May Day" Festival
The "May Day" holiday is approaching, and the tourists in the major scenic spots are about to usher in the peak of passenger flow, and special equipment such as large-scale amusement facilities, passenger ropeways, and off-highway tourist sightseeing vehicles will withstand the test of long-term, high-frequency, and full-load operation. In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of special equipment during the festival, the Market Supervision and Administration Bureau of Zhungerqi has taken multiple measures to carry out the safety supervision of special equipment in the pre-festival scenic spot.
Zhang Wenhui, deputy director of the Banner Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, led a team to conduct special supervision and inspection of large-scale amusement facilities in scenic spots such as Shuijing Lake, Shenquan, and the Yellow River Grand Canyon in the jurisdiction. Carry out security inspections on large-scale amusement facilities and passenger ropeways with high social concern, frequent use and large passenger flow, and verify the effectiveness and reliability of safety protection devices, braking devices and emergency rescue equipment.
The law enforcement officers also focused on inspecting the safety protection devices, operation and maintenance of the special equipment registered in the scenic spot, and urged the main person in charge of the enterprise to implement the responsibility of the first person responsible for safety management, equipped with a "key minority" such as safety directors and safety officers, and strictly implemented the working mechanism of "daily control, weekly inspection, and monthly scheduling". The user unit is required to earnestly perform its own safety duties, strictly implement the risk prevention and control and hidden danger investigation system of special equipment, and inspect each item in accordance with the content requirements of "three implementations, two certificates, one inspection and one plan" of special equipment to ensure that the hidden danger investigation content of safety hazards is not missed, and provide guarantee for the safe operation of equipment. It also requires the user unit to carry out safety management self-inspection and self-correction in accordance with the safety technical specifications and use and maintenance requirements, so as to prevent the equipment from "running with illness" and personnel from "working with illness" to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
