At the symposium, Zheng Zhonghui, director of the Qiongzhong County Municipal Supervision Bureau, briefly introduced the intellectual property protection work in our county, and conveyed the spirit of "Several Provisions on Promoting the Development of Intellectual Property Rights in Hainan Province (Revised in 2023)" in full text, pointing out that the development of enterprises is the driving force and source of economic development in the county, and the protection of intellectual property rights is the protection of innovation. The Postal Savings Bank of China introduced and interpreted the advantages of its own characteristic products and the financing policy of intellectual property pledge, provided financing services for enterprises to solve financing difficulties and ensure the development of enterprises, and guided and encouraged enterprises to strengthen their awareness of high-value creation, cultivation and application.
Subsequently, Kong Weifu, deputy director of the park management committee, introduced in detail the current situation of enterprises in the park and intellectual property rights, he said that the park has appeared in the cluster of agricultural product processing industry, but at the same time facing the severe situation of intellectual property protection, the park enterprises have weak awareness of intellectual property protection, and the economic investment in intellectual property rights is less, and he hopes to take the convening of this symposium as an opportunity to deepen government-enterprise cooperation and create a first-class business environment for enterprise innovation and development.
Finally, the representatives of the enterprise exchanged and discussed with the participating units on trademark and patent applications, intellectual property rights protection, incentive policies, pledge financing, complaints and reports, etc., and put forward opinions and suggestions on the county's intellectual property work.
