It is completely different from the traditional auto parts production workshop, which is spacious and bright, clean and tidy, there are no steel chips and oil stains on the plastic floor, and there is no harsh noise and splashing sparks on the site, and the whole production process is full of intelligent science and technology. It is understood that Nanjing Guansheng has invested more than 30 million yuan to build an intelligent workshop with a total area of more than 2,000 square meters, which is also the first provincial demonstration intelligent workshop in Gaochun. The workshop innovatively adopts advanced technology and high-efficiency and energy-saving new process equipment on the wheel hub production line, and uses information technology to integrate various intelligent manufacturing unit modules to realize the independent and controllable networking of the whole workshop. At present, Guansheng Auto Parts has more than 80 patents, and various product models have basically covered the world's five major car series, and is one of the few auto parts manufacturers in China that can meet the "one-stop" procurement needs of customers. The product sales area covers six continents, the marketing network covers more than 120 countries and regions, and at the same time the establishment of a distribution system in China, covering most of the prefecture-level cities, and the world's many large auto parts sales companies have established long-term partnerships.

Founded on December 29, 2021, the parent company is Beijing Beiye Functional Materials Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shougang Group, specializing in the research, development and production of high-end metal functional materials such as precision alloys, high-temperature alloys and special stainless steels, as well as advanced metal structural materials required by industries such as national defense and military industry, aerospace, energy and transportation, power electronics, and automobile industry. The project covers an area of about 210 acres, with a planned total investment of 3 billion yuan, of which the first phase of the project invests 1 billion yuan, with a construction area of 80,000 square meters, and builds 5 production lines for superalloy bars and precision alloy strips, and is expected to complete the installation and commissioning of equipment for superalloy bar production lines by the end of 2023, with an annual production capacity of 2,500 tons and an operating income of 300 million yuan in 2024, and a precision alloy strip production line will be completed and put into operation in May 2025, with an annual production capacity of 6,100 tons. After the project is fully completed, it is expected to achieve an annual operating income of about 1.7 billion yuan and profits and taxes of about 270 million yuan. The completion of the project will meet the demand for high-end materials for the construction of major national equipment and national defense equipment, solve the "stuck neck" problem of high-end special metal materials, and realize the independent and controllable development of national high-tech.
According to Ye Biao, project director of Beiye Functional Materials (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd., the company's goal is to open up the production line of high-end metal functional materials in the third quarter of this year and produce the first coil of steel belt. If the first phase of superalloy is successfully accepted in the second quarter, the output value is expected to reach 300 million yuan this year.
Key industrial projects are the key to economic development. Since the beginning of this year, the development zone has focused on the established goals and tasks of the district committee and district government, and has gone all out to "fight for the economy and promote development" by competing for the first place in the urban two-level competition. In terms of economic indicators, in the first quarter, the total industrial output value above designated size increased by 8.12%, industrial investment increased by 33.1%, social investment increased by 26.1%, construction investment increased by 19.5%, total output value of construction industry increased by 6%, the operating income of the service industry above designated size participating in GDP accounting increased by 19.3%, and the total import and export volume of foreign trade increased by 11%. Sales of wholesale trade fell by 19.6 percent, and general public budget revenues fell by 17.9 percent. In terms of key projects, in 2024, 36 of the 45 key industrial projects in the districts with an annual planned investment of 2.541 billion yuan have been started, with a start-up rate of 80%, and 8 provincial and municipal major projects have an annual planned investment of 1.56 billion yuan, all of which have started in the first quarter.
