Sunshine News (correspondent Hu Xiaojuan, reporter Zhang Yunduo) teaching, we do not forget the original intention, only for the realization of dreams, educating people, we forge ahead, only for the fruitful results. In order to further implement the requirements of the new curriculum standards, improve the quality of classroom teaching, promote the professional growth of teachers, and improve the quality of education and teaching, the Mathematics Teaching and Research Group of Xi'an Chanba No. 19 Primary School carried out a mathematics teaching competition activity of "Practicing the New Curriculum Standards and Empowering the New Classroom" from April 16th to 18th.

Mr. Zhang first created a scenario of recycling waste batteries, guided students to protect the environment, love nature, and carried out environmental protection education for students. Emphasis is placed on the humanistic value of teaching materials. Secondly, Mr. Zhang taught the important and difficult knowledge in different levels throughout the class, and this lesson also fully reflected the diversity of teaching methods. At the end of the whole class, the students were highly engaged, nervous and effective, which left a deep impression.

"Buying Stationery" is the content of decimal multiplication in the third unit of the second volume of the fourth grade of Beijing Normal University, and the focus of this lesson is to explore the simple calculation method and arithmetic of multiplying a decimal number by an integer on the basis of learning the meaning of decimal numbers and integer multiplication.

Mr. Yue made full use of the life information in the scenario window of the textbook, guided students to discover information, ask questions, analyze problems, and obtained the meaning of integers multiplied by decimal numbers and arithmetic algorithms in the process of solving problems. The scenarios connect the whole process of inquiry, which not only fully reflects the "origination of mathematics" from life, but also effectively improves students' learning initiative.

4th Grade – Letters for Numbers

Teacher Yin entered the math classroom with a relaxed and happy pre-class rhyme song, and used the "frog ballad" as a guide to stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning. Have students work in small groups to understand and master the important and difficult points of the lesson through discussion and inquiry. The teacher's ideas are clear throughout the class, focusing on the introduction of songs, so that students can feel the inner logic of knowledge, and diversified and encouraging teaching allows students to experience and understand knowledge. Through transfer reasoning, students can feel that mathematics is everywhere. Finally, the comparison is sorted out to highlight the advantages of letters instead of numbers. The classroom atmosphere is lively and rich in content, and the teacher's colorful teaching method is deeply loved by students.

3rd Grade – Translation & Rotation

"Translation and Rotation" is the second unit of the second volume of the third grade of the Beijing Normal University edition. Teaching focus: Combined with life experience and examples, perceive the phenomenon of translation and rotation, and intuitively distinguish between these two common phenomena. You can draw a simple figure on graph paper after panning horizontally and vertically.

In this lesson, Teacher Ren introduced the new lesson by studying the amusement projects that the children had played, mobilized the children's intentional attention, and started from the familiar living environment of the students, so that they had the opportunity to learn and understand mathematics from the familiar things around them, and feel the fun and role of mathematics around them. The students in the lower grades have a strong curiosity about various things and phenomena around them, so the teacher firmly grasps the curiosity of the students, and asks questions to trigger thinking in combination with the practical problems in life.

Sixth grade – the amount of change

Through a large number of examples and communication activities, students can understand the important and difficult points of this lesson, and at the same time cultivate students' initial abstract generalization ability and good habits of being good at observation, diligent thinking and brave exploration. Ms. Wang has a solid teaching foundation and the class is well organized.

Sixth Grade – Proportional

Teacher Sun uses multidisciplinary integration to introduce this lesson, combining the circumference and side length of a square, the area and side length of a square, and the travel time and speed to observe and analyze the data, so that students can experience group cooperation, discuss and discover the "unchanged" from the change, and finally build a proportional process. The teaching process is smooth and natural, and the teaching results are outstanding.

During the demonstration class, the teachers listened carefully and recorded the lessons in detail. After the demonstration, the teacher reflected, and the teaching and research team conducted a timely and effective evaluation.

If the competition class is a kind of style reproduction, then the evaluation and discussion of the class are a kind of growth. After the competition, Director Wang and the teachers who attended the class made wonderful comments on each lesson from the aspects of teaching process, breakthroughs in major difficulties and teaching effects, affirmed the shining points of the teachers, and put forward practical suggestions for the existing shortcomings. Evaluate the course realistically, affirm the strengths, identify the shortcomings, and make suggestions, and explore a variety of teaching methods. In the collision and exchange of ideas, a new consensus was reached, which efficiently and quickly improved the effectiveness of teaching and research, and promoted the professional growth of teachers.

Through this teaching competition, we saw the different treatment of course content by different teachers and the different teaching effects produced by different teaching strategies, which also opened up the ideas of teachers' classroom teaching and further promoted the improvement of the teaching level of teachers in the mathematics group. I believe that the teachers of Chanba No. 19 Primary School will work tirelessly to "study", which will surely promote the students to "learn", and let us grow and progress together in the future!

A round of lessons, a round of baptism, a leap, a growth, in the middle of teaching, in learning, in the understanding of action, we believe that in the coming days, we will ride the wind and waves, all the way forward!
