In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech during his inspection of Tianjin, and gather the joint force of serving the development of new quality productivity and the protection of intellectual property rights in Binhai New Area, on the eve of the 24th "World Intellectual Property Day", the Intellectual Property Office of our institute has successively carried out a series of discussions and exchanges with the Intellectual Property Office of Binhai New Area and the Rule of Law Promotion Center of the Policy and Industrial Innovation and Development Bureau of China (Tianjin) Pilot Free Trade Zone.

In the discussion and exchange with the Binhai New Area Intellectual Property Office, the responsible comrade of the Intellectual Property Office introduced the operation of the Binhai New Area intellectual property administrative management agency after the reform in recent years and the focus of the next step, and the two sides conducted in-depth discussions on how to further strengthen the linkage of government inspection, reduce the cost of enterprise intellectual property rights protection, and enhance the publicity effect of intellectual property protection, and reached an agreement on the establishment of a collaborative protection mechanism for intellectual property rights and the joint introduction of better and more practical services to protect the intellectual property rights protection measures of Binhai New Area.
During the discussion and exchange with the Rule of Law Promotion Center of the Policy and Industrial Innovation and Development Bureau of the China (Tianjin) Pilot Free Trade Zone, the two sides respectively reported on the development of intellectual property protection, communicated on how to strengthen intellectual property protection through multiple channels and dimensions, and improved the effectiveness of intellectual property protection in the whole chain, and reached a consensus on further giving full play to their respective functional advantages and strengthening business cooperation between them.
In the next step, our institute will continue to deepen the external cooperation mechanism of intellectual property rights, gather the joint efforts of multiple ways of intellectual property protection, jointly promote the construction of the national intellectual property protection demonstration zone in Binhai New Area, and contribute more procuratorial strength to serve and ensure new quality productivity and high-quality development of Binhai New Area.
