We will take multiple measures to achieve high-quality employment

Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood and an important part of building a harmonious society. In recent years, the Shishi Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau has continuously implemented the employment priority strategy and strived to achieve fuller and higher-quality employment. We will continue to promote the acceleration of the implementation of a series of employment stabilization policies and measures, and strive for 118 million yuan of various employment subsidy funds, which will be fully allocated directly to enterprises and regimental towns, and will be specially used for employment and entrepreneurship support policies and the implementation of policies for reducing burdens, stabilizing jobs and expanding employment. Through organizing and carrying out grass-roots mediators and supervisors to study with classes, holding training for labor and personnel dispute mediators and other measures, strictly implementing the "Rules for Arbitration and Handling of Labor and Personnel Disputes", "Regulations on Labor and Social Security Supervision" and other relevant laws and regulations, so as to achieve standardized, convenient and efficient procedures, set up a labor security rights protection consulting desk, and the satisfaction of the masses of enterprises is more than 99.5%.

Solidly carry out special training and publicity activities on labor security laws and regulations, and effectively enhance workers' awareness of protecting their rights in accordance with the law and enterprises' awareness of complying with labor laws and regulations.
