In 2023, more than 300 job fairs will be held for college graduates who have left school and are unemployed, providing more than 100,000 jobs, serving more than 15,000 employers, helping 50,000 people find employment, choosing jobs and moving 50,000 people, and solidly promoting the work of stabilizing employment and promoting employment. Third, the market players continue to grow and have a good momentum of development. In 2023, there will be 112 new human resources institutions in Wuchang District, a year-on-year increase of 34%. Fourth, the business environment continued to be optimized, and the sense of service was further strengthened. Wuchang District Human Resources Bureau actively carries out the practice activities of party members and cadres to "go to the grassroots, investigate the people's feelings, solve people's worries, and warm the hearts of the people" and the action of "growing up with zero employees", go deep into the front line of the enterprise, fully implement normalized services, and effectively help solve the problems of employment and talent that restrict the development of enterprises, and strive to do practical things, do good things, and get things done for the enterprise, and constantly enhance the sense of identity, belonging, and gain of the enterprise.
