Since 2019, the forensic center has handled more than 20,000 appraisal cases and provided legal advice to more than 32,000 people, with a satisfaction rate of more than 99%.
The Forensic Center of East China University of Political Science and Law actively participates in national and local legislation, and is entrusted by the Standing Committee of the Shanghai Municipal People's Congress to develop the Regulations of Shanghai Municipality on the Administration of Forensic Appraisal (Draft Expert Suggestions) to provide professional support for high-quality legislation of forensic expertise, and participates in the formulation of core industry systems such as the General Principles of Forensic Procedures of the Ministry of Justice.

At the same time, Shen Zhenyi organized and participated in the "Practical Things for the Masses" of the Municipal Appraisal Association, and carried out public welfare consultation activities for judicial appraisal and legal services, with an audience of more than 300 people.
As a professional talent, Shen Zhenyi has presided over, participated in and completed 6 judicial appraisal projects, published 2 judicial appraisal monographs and edited 1 book, participated in the legislation and demonstration of the "Shanghai Judicial Appraisal Management Regulations", and undertook the drafting of the interpretation of the regulations. Actively engaged in the development of the industry, entrusted by the competent authorities, drafted a number of judicial appraisal normative texts, and made suggestions on complaints and violations of laws and regulations. He has given lectures on the education and training of appraisers, appraisal management training and quarterly lectures on appraisal policy theory in the city, and has been interviewed by TV stations as an expert for many times, analyzing the hot spots of forensic appraisal and publicizing forensic knowledge.
