On April 9, the joint mutual review kick-off meeting of the "four provinces of mountains and rivers" quality system initiated by the Shandong Provincial Blood Center was held in Jinan. The person in charge of the quality of the blood center and the responsible comrades of the relevant departments from Shanxi, Hebei, Shandong and Henan provinces attended the launching ceremony, and Yang Xiaofan, director of the Medical Emergency Department of the Shandong Provincial Health Commission, was invited to attend and deliver a speech.
The "Four Provinces of Mountains and Rivers" is located in the hinterland of the Central Plains, with Gyeonggi in the north and Shanghai in the south, and its strategic location is very important. At the same time, the four provinces are relatively rich in population and medical resources, and the total amount of blood collection and supply ranks among the top in the country, and the blood supply guarantee and safety management work have a decisive impact on the country. The launch of the inter-provincial blood bank quality system joint mutual review is a useful attempt and exploration to implement the "one law and two regulations" of blood stations and strengthen blood quality management, aiming to strengthen the deep integration of blood collection and supply institutions between regions, promote the exchange and mutual learning of blood management experience, jointly improve the quality of blood collection and supply services and management, and provide important reference and follow for cultivating new quality productivity in the blood collection and supply industry and promoting the regional integration of blood safety management.
After the launching ceremony, the expert group from the four provinces carried out internal audit training and unified the process and standards. Subsequently, a joint internal audit team was formed to carry out a two-day internal audit of Shandong Blood Center. After that, according to the work plan, the quality system audit will be carried out in Hebei, Henan and Shanxi blood centers. In the future, the work will be solidified in the form of an institution, form a long-term mechanism, continuously adjust and improve the evaluation method and content, and carry out the annual rotation in the four provinces.
During the period, the joint mutual audit work between blood stations in 16 cities in Shandong Province was launched, and more than 120 quality management backbones participated in the ability improvement training of internal auditors.
