Recently, the middle-aged and elderly residents of the community have consulted the question of subsistence allowance certification and pension certification, and the assistant agent is enthusiastic to receive every resident who comes to the community in need of help, and helps the residents as soon as possible. Through this service, the community can more effectively improve the capacity and quality of its services. In addition, the community also applies for disability certificates, subsistence allowance certification and other services for disabled people with reduced mobility, and conducts old-age certification for the elderly...... Effectively improve the ability of community party organizations to serve the masses, and provide convenient and considerate services for residents through assistants, agents, nearby offices, door-to-door offices, etc., so as to achieve "zero running" in handling business and "zero distance" in serving residents
In the next step, Yifang Community will continue to solve problems and do practical things for the masses, deepen the service of special groups in need such as those living alone, the elderly, and the disabled, strengthen service guidance, continuously improve service levels, and better serve the masses.
