Services like this happen every day in the one-room community of Youpan Township. In order to improve the efficiency of government services, the one-room community has actively changed the inherent work mode in combination with the actual situation, innovated the work concept, and transformed the people's door-to-door handling into a new model of community "assistant agency", which effectively solved the problem of the masses' difficulty in handling affairs and opened up the "last mile" to serve the masses.
The one-room community fully implements the staggered and delayed service of the community service window for the people, which solves the contradiction that the masses have no time to do things during working hours and nowhere to do things after work, and makes convenient services more accurate. In view of the majority of elderly groups in the community, the community actively carries out the "assistant agency" to serve the "two committees" of the community, grid members, and assistant agents to take the initiative to provide door-to-door services to help the elderly in the jurisdiction complete the pension insurance survival certification, the quarterly certification of the old age allowance, the payment of medical insurance, the activation of electronic social security cards, the electronic voucher of medical insurance and other certification registration and payment services, so as to solve the urgent needs of residents.
This year, the one-room community broke the conventional service model of "sitting and waiting for the door-to-door", continued to expand the scope of "door-to-door service" and moved the "office" into the community, while improving work efficiency, constantly reducing the trouble of residents "running around", collecting public opinions and solving problems with feelings.
