On April 10, Chen Bin, member of the party group and vice president of the Weicheng District People's Court of Xianyang City, and Han Lizhen, the person in charge of the case filing division, came to our court for exchange and study, accompanied by Pu Xinyi, member of the party group and vice president of the Sanyuan Court, Zhao Penghui, member of the party group and director of the Political Department, and Hui Xiaomin, president of the case filing court.
Chen Bin, vice president of Weicheng District Court, and his entourage visited the litigation service center of our hospital and had a detailed understanding of the operation of each litigation service function and the construction of two "one-stop" litigation service systems. At the symposium, Vice President Pu Xinyi introduced in detail the highlights and beneficial experience of our court's litigation service indicators, the construction of multiple dispute resolution mechanisms for pre-litigation mediation, the diversion of complicated and simple cases, the generation of electronic files with the case, and the "double pre-litigation" work. Subsequently, the two courts conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on the indicators of the litigation service quality and efficiency platform, the construction of a multiple dispute resolution mechanism for pre-litigation mediation, the construction of a "one-stop" litigation service system, and the effectiveness of improving the quality and efficiency of litigation services, and jointly summarized and improved the quality and efficiency of litigation services.
