In accordance with the relevant provisions of the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination, the interview registration and examination related matters of the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination in Shaanxi Province in the first half of 2024 are hereby announced as follows:
One
Instructions for Registration
(1) Carefully read the "Shaanxi Provincial Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination Interview Area Information Table in the First Half of 2024" (see annex), and pay attention to the confirmation time arrangement of each examination area and the method of confirmation and review. (2) The interview for the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination is a national unified examination, and the examination time system is randomly arranged. (3) Candidates should register and take the examination at the place of household registration or the place where they apply for a residence permit. Students in the third year or above of colleges and universities and graduate students can apply for the examination in any place of household registration, the place where they apply for a residence permit, or the place where they are studying in the school, and the active military personnel and armed police officers serving in Shaanxi can apply for the examination in the place of service (the place of service should be filled in the column of "place of residence permit application" when registering). (4) Accurately select the test area. Shaanxi Normal University Examination Area 1 is limited to students of Shaanxi Normal University, and Shaanxi Normal University Examination Area 2 is limited to candidates in the province's junior high school, high school, and secondary vocational culture courses "Mental Health Education", "Japanese", "Russian", "Special Education" and primary school categories "Mental Health Education", "Information Technology", "Primary School General Subjects" and "Special Education". Candidates who apply for secondary vocational professional courses and secondary vocational internship instructor qualifications in the province apply for the examination in Xi'an examination area. Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents holding valid residence permits for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents can apply to take the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination at their place of residence, while Hong Kong and Macao residents holding a valid Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents and Taiwan residents holding a valid five-year Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents can apply to take the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination at the place where they have a working relationship. (5) Candidates who pass the written examination subjects 201A and 202A will be interviewed only for the primary school category of music, physical education and aesthetics, and candidates who have passed the written examination subjects 301A and 302A will be limited to the junior high school, high school and secondary vocational culture courses for the category of music, physical education and aesthetics. 201, 202, 301 and 302 subjects are passed, and the results can replace the corresponding 201A, 202A, 301A and 302A subjects within the validity period. (6) Candidates are responsible for the authenticity, accuracy and validity of the application information. If the follow-up links such as interview and identification cannot be completed due to non-compliance with the application conditions, incorrect information, etc., the consequences shall be borne by the candidate.
Two
Prerequisites
In accordance with the "Shaanxi Provincial Interim Measures for the Qualification Examination of Primary and Secondary School Teachers" and the "General Office of the Ministry of Education, the Secretariat of the Taiwan Affairs Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and the Secretary of the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council on Issues Concerning the Application of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Residents for Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualifications in the Mainland (Teacher's Office [2019] No. 1) and other relevant regulations, those who meet the following conditions can register for the interview for the Shaanxi Provincial Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination:
(1) Identity conditions:
1. Applicants with the nationality of the People's Republic of China, household registration or residence permit application in Shaanxi Province, full-time students in ordinary colleges and universities in Shaanxi (third-year students and above students and graduate students), active military personnel and armed police serving in Shaanxi.
2. Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents studying, working and living in the mainland (mainland) who abide by the Constitution of the People's Republic of China and laws and support the leadership of the Communist Party of China may apply to take the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination on a voluntary basis.
(2) Moral character: abide by the Constitution and laws, love education, and have good ideological character.
(3) Physical conditions: physical and mental health, in line with the physical examination standards for applicants for teacher qualifications in Shaanxi Province, and the national statutory retirement age has not been reached in the year of the examination.
(4) Academic qualifications:
1. Those who apply for kindergarten and primary school teacher qualifications shall have a college degree or above from a national education university;
2. Those applying for the teaching qualifications of secondary schools (including junior high schools, senior high schools and secondary vocational schools, the same below) shall have a bachelor's degree or above from a national education university;
3. Those who apply for the qualification of internship instructors in secondary vocational schools shall have a college degree or above from a national education university, and have a professional and technical position equivalent to an assistant engineer or above or a technical level of intermediate or above workers.
(5) Have participated in the national written examination for primary and secondary school teacher qualifications, and the results of each subject are qualified and within the validity period.
Three
Registration process
The interview registration process is as follows: online registration→ online review (information confirmation) → online payment. Eligible candidates must complete the registration process within the specified time in accordance with the interview registration process. (1) Online registration time: From 10:00 on April 12, 2024 to 18:00 on April 15, 2024, eligible candidates should log in to the Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination Network (http://ntce.neea.edu.cn) within the above time, register online according to the column guidelines, select the interview category and test area, and fill in the basic information.
Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination Network (http://ntce.neea.edu.cn) Candidates who apply for junior high school, high school, and secondary vocational culture courses in the category of "mental health education", "Japanese", "Russian", "special education" and primary school categories "mental health education", "information technology", "primary school general subjects" and "special education" subjects in the province will choose Shaanxi Normal University Examination Area 2. Candidates who apply for secondary vocational professional courses and secondary vocational internship instructor qualifications in the province will choose the Xi'an examination area. (2) Information confirmation: After the candidates complete the registration information on the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination network (http://ntce.neea.edu.cn), they shall consult the registration announcement on the website (or WeChat public account) of the district they apply for in a timely manner in accordance with the "Information Form for the Interview and Examination Area of the Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination in Shaanxi Province in the First Half of 2024" (see attachment), and provide relevant information according to the requirements of the district they are applying for. Candidates should pay attention to the registration qualification review of the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination network (http://ntce.neea.edu.cn) in a timely manner, and the candidate's information shall not be modified after the review is passed. If you have any questions, please consult the area where you are applying for the exam. Candidates are requested to make reasonable arrangements and reserve sufficient time for review and revision and re-reporting. (3) Online payment time: from 10:00 on April 12, 2024 to 24:00 on April 17, 2024. Candidates who have passed the qualification examination shall log in to the Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination Network (http://ntce.neea.edu.cn) within the specified time to complete the online payment, and the registration will be successful. Those who fail to complete the online payment within the specified time will be deemed to have given up the registration. Interview registration fee: 240 yuan/person/time.
Four
Interview time and subject
(1) Interview time: May 11-12, 2024. From May 6, 2024 to May 12, 2024, candidates should log in to the Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination Network (http://ntce.neea.edu.cn), download and print the admission ticket by themselves, and participate in the interview with a valid "Resident ID Card" and "Admission Ticket" according to the time and place indicated in the admission ticket. (2) Interview subjects: The interview subjects are subject to the interview syllabus of kindergarten, primary school, junior high school and high school of the Ministry of Education (candidates can log in to http://ntce.neea.edu.cn query), and the interview syllabus of the secondary vocational culture course category is currently implemented with reference to the high school category.

Interview Method
Using the interview and evaluation system of the Education Examination Institute of the Ministry of Education, candidates complete the interview through waiting for the exam, drawing questions, preparing for class, answering prescribed questions, trial lecture (demonstration), defense and other links, in principle, the preparation time is 20 minutes, and the interview time is 20 minutes.
Six
Score inquiry and qualification recognition
(1) After June 14, 2024, candidates can log in (http://ntce.neea.edu.cn) to check the interview results. If candidates have any objections to their test results, they can submit an application for review to the examination authority in the examination area with their ID card and admission ticket within 10 working days after the release of the test results. (2) Candidates who have passed the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination (written examination and interview) can log on to the website of the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination (http://ntce.neea.edu.cn) to download and print the PDF version of the examination certificate, and apply to the education administrative department of the place of household registration or residence permit application (fresh graduates to the location of the school) to identify the corresponding teacher qualifications. Seven
Violation Handling
Candidates who violate the rules in the interview of the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination shall be dealt with in accordance with the "Measures for Handling Violations in the National Education Examination" (Order No. 33 of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China) and relevant regulations.
