The project covers an area of about 300 acres and is constructed in two phases: the first phase invests about 1.2 billion yuan, covers an area of about 120 acres, relocates 19 original production lines, and builds 30 new bearing automatic production lines, and the second phase covers an area of about 180 acres to expand the bearing automatic production line. After the first phase of the project is put into production, the annual output value shall not be less than 1 billion yuan, and the annual tax payment shall not be less than 30 million yuan.

"As a project of 'extending the chain and strengthening the chain' of the electronic information industry, this project will help to further strengthen the advantageous industrial clusters of Nanchong High-tech Industrial Park, boost Shunqing and even Nanchong to accelerate the development of new quality productivity, and accelerate the construction of 'five districts' led by the advanced manufacturing agglomeration area in Chengdu-Chongqing. According to the relevant person in charge of the Economic Cooperation and Foreign Affairs Bureau of Shunqing District, in line with the principle of fast signing, fast landing and fast production, the first phase of the Heketai (Shunqing) project will lease the plant of the science and technology innovation center, and strive to put into operation in the second half of this year, which is expected to achieve an annual output value of not less than 550 million yuan and solve the employment of more than 500 people.

The implementation of this project is one of the achievements of Shunqing District's efforts to expand opening up and attract investment.

Since last year, the district has set up a "3+2 chain length system" industry class around the leading industries of "one special and two main", food processing and other industrial categories, each of which is headed by county-level leaders, and outstanding young cadres are dispatched from various units in the district to implement centralized office, responsible for policy research, information capture, investment negotiation, landing production and other full-life cycle closed-loop management services.
