Recently, Dongli District has adjusted the list of river and lake chiefs at the district and street levels, and 17 district-level leaders have taken charge of 17 city-level and district-managed rivers and 1 district-managed lake. Since the beginning of this year, river and lake chiefs at all levels have patrolled rivers and lakes more than 400 times, personally arranged and deployed outstanding and difficult problems in the management and protection of rivers and lakes, promoted supervision on the spot, followed up and solved, and promoted the long-term governance of the water environment.
The Dongli District River (Lake) Mayor's Office takes the special action of Qinghe and Lake as the starting point, organizes all relevant departments to continue to carry out comprehensive improvement of the river and lake environment, comprehensively investigates and remediates floating debris, embankment garbage, informal garbage points, dry toilets, water-blocking obstacles, etc., establishes a list of ledgers, implements dynamic management, and achieves one problem discovery and one treatment solution. At present, a total of 293 sections of the water surface of rivers and ditches have been investigated, and more than 350 tons of garbage on the embankment of the water surface have been cleaned up, 1 aqua toilet and 2 reclamations have been cleaned up to ensure that the river environment is clean and tidy.
The Dongli District Water Affairs Bureau has made special arrangements to promote urban drainage and sewage treatment, launched special actions such as the 100-day attack on the rectification of indiscriminate dumping and the spring maintenance and management battle of drainage facilities, and organized all streets (functional areas) to orderly control the rain and sewage pipelines of municipal and residential areas. Drainage facilities such as inspection wells and rainwater collection wells were cleaned and dredged, and the water transfer work of the pond in front of the municipal rainwater pumping station and the rainwater pipe network was carried out in an orderly manner, and the problem of rainwater and sewage cascade and mixed connection was continuously cleared, and the supervision of sewage treatment operation was continuously strengthened, so as to effectively ensure the safety of the water environment and drainage during the flood season.
As the only national-level candidate project for the construction of happy rivers and lakes in Tianjin, the river (lake) mayor's offices at the district and street levels have jointly done a good job in the declaration of relevant qualifications, and jointly compiled the "Planning Report on the Delimitation of the Management Scope and Shoreline Protection and Utilization of Dongli Lake in Tianjin", the "One Lake, One Policy" Plan for Dongli Lake in Dongli District, Tianjin (2023-2025) and the "Health Assessment of Dongli Lake", successfully completed the publicity of the demarcation results, and laid a solid foundation for the construction of happy rivers and lakes.
