Xiangyun County Xiazhuang Town Okura Community Kindergarten (hereinafter referred to as "Okura Community Kindergarten") was founded in September 2017, with 3 teaching classes, 63 children in the kindergarten, 10 teaching staff, is a full-time rural public kindergarten. In September 2017, it was recognized as "Yunnan Provincial Secondary and First-class Kindergarten" by the Yunnan Provincial Department of Education.
