Google Fi is a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) that does not own the network infrastructure itself, but provides mobile communications services in partnership with carriers. People may see ads in countries and regions where Google Fi is available, and a recent Google Fi ad accidentally leaked the upcoming Pixel 8a phone.
IT House noticed that the Pixel 8a was shown in two colors in the advertisement, one in cream and the other in dark blue. Dark blue isn't an existing colorway for the Pixel 8, so the phone advertised should be a Pixel 8a that hasn't been released yet.
In addition to that, unlike the glossy design of the Pixel 8, the Pixel 8a in the ad has a matte textured back cover. At the same time, the rounded corners of the body and the location of the camera cutout are also different from those of the existing Pixel series phones.
Previously, leaker Yogesh Brar shared information about the configuration of the Google Pixel 8a phone, and one of the points worth noting is that the device has a 4500mAh capacity battery with a 27W charging speed. In addition, the new device is equipped with a Tensor G3 chipset, a 6.1-inch FHD+ 120Hz OLED screen, and the same 64-megapixel + 13-megapixel rear camera system as last year's phone.
