Bailu Qinzhi Center was approved by the Xi'an Baqiao District Disabled Persons' Federation in November 2015 and registered with the Xi'an Baqiao District Civil Affairs Bureau. The care center mainly provides rehabilitation and care services for patients with mental disabilities such as autism, Down's syndrome, cerebral palsy, intellectual development disabilities and retardation, and can provide weekly care, monthly care, accompanying students and other related services. The center provides rehabilitation training for children aged 3-7 and childcare services for children over 7 years old.
Yan Jizhou, secretary of the Party branch of Shaanxi Bangbangle Rural Development Association, said that before the activity was launched, in order to make the activity more targeted, the association communicated with the Bailu Qinzhi Center to understand the items urgently needed by the center.
