Once upon a time, the Great Black River was devastated by indiscriminate mining and digging. However, Saihan District continues to deepen the construction of "happy rivers and lakes" with ecological engineering and cultural construction as its wings. Through measures such as river improvement, embankment reinforcement and landscape greening, it not only improves the flood control standards of urban rivers, but also forms an urban green ecological chain integrating river islands, hydrophilic wooden plank roads and riverside trails.
