Tinglin Town Kangfa Road (Songyi Road - Tingfeng Highway) road reconstruction project has completed 90% of the amount of work, has resumed two-way traffic, is planting seedlings on the green belt on both sides of the road, is expected to be fully completed from the end of March to early April, after the completion will further improve the regional road network structure, enhance the traffic capacity.
Employees of nearby enterprises said that before the reconstruction, Kangfa Road was full of potholes, and motorized lanes and non-motorized lanes were mixed. Now the lanes are wider and smoother, and guardrails are installed at the entrance of some enterprises, which effectively avoids traffic safety accidents caused by the blind spot of large vehicles, and everyone can travel with more peace of mind.
Kangfa Road is a white concrete pavement before the reconstruction, in recent years, the freight logistics of enterprises around the road has increased significantly, resulting in long-term heavy load on the road in the western industrial park of Tinglin Town, some sections of the road surface are seriously damaged, the road surface is uneven, the plate is broken and loosened and settled, resulting in driving bumps, there are potential safety hazards, and at the same time, the speed and capacity of the road are also reduced, and the nearby residents, enterprise employees travel and the transportation of goods of the enterprise has caused inconvenience. To this end, Tinglin Town implemented the road reconstruction project of Kangfa Road (Songyi Road-Tingfeng Highway) in July 2023.
The reconstruction project starts from Songyi Road in the south to Tingfeng Highway in the north, with a total length of 778 meters. The road grade is an urban secondary trunk road, the width of the road planning red line is 24 meters, there are two-way two fast and two slow lanes, the width of the motorway is 8 meters, the pavement load grade is BZZ-100, and the pavement structure is asphalt concrete.
The main contents of the project involve roadway reconstruction, lateral stone renewal, bridge pavement renovation, rainwater pipe renovation, sewage pipe partial renovation and traffic safety facilities, lighting, greening and other ancillary works. Through reconstruction, the pavement disease is eliminated, the pavement structure strength is restored, the road traffic capacity is further improved, and the problems of driving difficulties of surrounding enterprises are effectively solved.
