With the end of the Spring Festival holiday, on February 16, 2024, all the staff of the sixth workshop in the restaurant of Sui Ping Keming No. 2 Factory gathered together to hold a post-holiday meeting. There are three main agendas of this meeting: safety training, quality key point training, and in-depth discussion on the problem of empty codes, mosquito control, and batch defective control of semi-finished products.
First of all, safety commissioner Feng Yaoyuan brought a vivid safety training to everyone. He stressed that everyone should take back the "heart" from the atmosphere of the Spring Festival, quickly adjust the work status, and ensure that people are on duty and the heart is in place. Do key positions to focus on investigation, put an end to fatigue, drunk work. Everyone should establish a sense of safety and strictly abide by the safety system. Through a series of case studies, the safety officer explained the common safety hazards and countermeasures in simple terms, reminding everyone to always pay attention to safety at work and prevent problems before they occur.
Subsequently, Guo Huanhuan, a quality controller, conducted training on key points of quality. She pointed out that quality is the core competitiveness of enterprises, and we must strictly control the quality to ensure that every link meets the standards. Through the analysis of typical cases in the industry, the quality controller explained the key points and methods of quality control in detail, aiming to improve everyone's quality awareness and execution.
In the special discussion on the problem of empty codes and mosquito control, we deeply analyzed the causes and effects of empty codes, and discussed effective solutions. At the same time, in view of the problem of mosquito control, we also summarized the lessons learned from the past and formulated strict preventive measures to ensure the quality of products.
Finally, the group focused on the control of batch defects of semi-finished products. Through data analysis and experience sharing, we found the crux of the problem and formulated targeted improvement plans. This not only helps to reduce the defect rate, but also further improves production efficiency and product quality.
