Guizhou snacks. First, the skin is made by scooping the cooked glutinous rice into a flour ball and frying it in oil. Shaped like a lotus leaf, it is sweet and soft. This dumpling made by Guiyang Tenglong Hotel was recognized as "Chinese Famous Snack" in 1997.
Ingredients: (made of 30 pieces)
3000 grams of glutinous rice, 100 grams of sesame seeds, 500 grams of sugar, 300 grams of preserved fruits, 200 grams of peanut kernels, 300 grams of cooked lard, 150 grams of walnut kernels, 10 grams of refined salt.
Preparation Method:
(1) Choose good glutinous rice, rinse and move with clean water after soaking in water for 8 to 9 hours, drain the water, steam it in the wood over high heat for about 3 hours, and scoop it into the rice paste. After cooling, roll into strips and pinch into a powder and place flat on the tray.
(2) Sauté the peanut kernels crisply and finely, cut into small pieces; stir-fry the sesame seeds until fragrant and ground; and chop the preserved fruit. Then mix the sugar, ground peanuts, sesame seeds and preserved fruit and mix well to form a filling.
