  It is understood that at present, relying on modern and innovative means, the production methods of Shaxian snacks "Four King Kongs" have been upgraded: flat meat can be automatically beaten by machines, automatic noodle machine is used for mixing noodles, steamed dumplings are uniformly produced and distributed by the central kitchen, and stewed pot soup can be made with semi-finished materials, and the production cost is greatly reduced.

  After the transformation and upgrading, Shaxian snacks have been "fragrant" overseas. It is understood that Shaxian snacks have covered 66 countries and regions, with an annual turnover of more than 50 billion yuan, and initially formed an industrial cluster including raw material production, logistics and distribution, catering services, cultural tourism and health care, etc., driving the employment of more than 300,000 people.
