On January 30, under the joint witness of the Dalat Banner Financial Office, Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Bureau, project participating enterprises and financial institutions, the first dividend of the "Golden Bull Rich Peasants" project in the whole banner was distributed to 45 farmers and herdsmen in Zhandan Zhaosumu.
At the dividend distribution site, farmers and herdsmen collectively wore red scarves, their faces were filled with the joy of dividends, and their eyes were shining with the hope of a prosperous life. After signing and pressing their fingerprints, the farmers and herdsmen received the dividends from the staff. "I saw a lot of places to carry out land shares and dividends, but I didn't expect that we also got the 'Golden Bull Rich Farmer' dividends a year ago, and the family was happy to have a good year!"
The "Golden Bull Rich Farmer" project is a project launched by Dalat Banner to help enterprises and benefit farmers based on the development of the dairy beef cattle breeding industry in the whole banner and the overall situation of rural revitalization. The project promotes the healthy development of the dairy beef industry and the stable increase of farmers' and herdsmen's income by building a new mechanism for the connection of the interests of modern and close agricultural enterprises that is "farmer-based, enterprise-driven, policy support, and financial assistance".
After the launch of the project, Zhandan called Sumu to take the lead in promoting the "Golden Bull Rich Peasant" project in the whole banner. At the end of 2022, 45 farmers and herdsmen in Zhandan Zhaosumu received loans of 150,000 yuan, 200,000 yuan, and 250,000 yuan respectively after passing the credit rating of Yijin Huoluoqi Rural Commercial Bank, and invested all the loans in Knight Dairy to carry out dairy and beef cattle trusteeship and breeding, and Dalat Banner Guanghui Water Investment Co., Ltd. guaranteed it. "To be honest, I was a little uncertain about this loan at the time, worried about the risks, but after a year, I really got the money in my hands today. Thanks to the party committee and the government for the good projects planned for us, let us increase a lot of income. We must also work hard to make the situation as good as possible!" Zhang Haiping, a villager of Changsheng Village, Sumu, could not hide his excitement.
It is understood that farmers and herdsmen and breeding enterprises "trusteeship on behalf of the breeding" a cooperation cycle of 3 years, breeding enterprises every year according to the trusteeship investment of 8% of the return to farmers and herdsmen, after the end of the cooperation cycle, breeding enterprises will be farmers and herdsmen trusteeship investment principal to be fully returned. In 2023, 45 farmers and herdsmen in Zhandan Zhaosumu will receive a total of 664,000 yuan in dividends.
