The Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Planning and Natural Resources issued the "Announcement on the Listing and Transfer of the State-owned Construction Land Use Right of Jinbinsheng Transfer (Hanging) G2024-1 Plot".

The land parcel for sale is located in the central area of the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City. The four tos: east to Central Avenue, south to Huasi Road, west to Zhongtian Avenue, north to the land area. The land right holder of the land parcel listed for transfer is Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City Investment and Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Transferor"), and the real estate title certificate number is Tianjin (2023) Binhai New Area Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City Real Estate Property No. 0947805.

There is no dispute over land ownership, no seizure, and no mortgage. The transferor will hand over the land according to the status quo, and after on-site investigation, the parcel has reached the level of field clearance and has completed part of the fence construction.

The land area of the land plot for transfer is 39,632.7 square meters, and the starting price of the listed transfer is RMB 26.15 million (excluding relevant taxes and various supporting fees).

On 7 December 2023, a groundbreaking ceremony was held for the Green Innovation Park, the main centre of the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City. On the occasion of the 15th anniversary of the development and construction of the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City, the foundation stone laying of the Eco-City's main centre is a milestone and marks the beginning of a new chapter in the Eco-City's development. In the future, with the concerted efforts of the Chinese and Singapore governments, the Green Innovation Park will be developed into a new low-carbon economy and innovation hub in the Eco-City.

As the main developer of the Eco-City, Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City Investment and Development Co., Ltd. (SSTEC), under the guidance of the Chinese and Singapore governments, has upgraded the planning of the Green Innovation Park and enhanced the urban landscape in line with China's "dual carbon" strategy, in line with China's "dual carbon" strategy. Located in the core area of the central part of the Eco-City, the Green Innovation Park has a planned area of 1 million square meters and an above-ground construction area of 1.36 million square meters. It follows the planning principles of multi-functional and transit-guided development (TOD), integrates Singapore's theme elements, implements the concept of ecological smart planning, and sets up green innovation functional zones, green industrial functional zones and green ecological functional zones, and drives urban vitality through the central vitality belt. After the opening of the Z4 light rail line, it will go directly to the Green Innovation Park, and the newly completed China-Singapore Friendship Park will also add a beautiful scenery here. In the future, the Green Innovation Park will become a platform for green and low-carbon technology innovation jointly built by China and Singapore, a carrier for the development of green and low-carbon industries, and a bridgehead for China's economic and trade cooperation with countries along the "Belt and Road".

Upon completion, the Green Innovation Park will contribute to the upgrading of the Eco-City's green and low-carbon economy and industries, and become the main centre of the city integrating commerce, living, leisure and entertainment, injecting new vitality into the future development of the Eco-City, and contributing the "Eco-City Experience" to the green and low-carbon economic development and technological innovation in Tianjin and other regions.

The upcoming Green Innovation Centre (tentative) will be developed by the Eco-City Joint Venture Company and will be the first building in the gateway area of the Green Innovation Park, the main centre of the city, with a total construction area of 65,000 square meters. With the concept of sustainable design, the Green Innovation Center uses a variety of green and low-carbon technologies such as passive energy saving, renewable energy, visual energy management, and three-dimensional greening to build convenient and comfortable public facilities and eco-friendly indoor spaces, and enhance the interactive vitality of the building and the city. Recently, SSTEC also signed an agreement with The Ascott Limited, CapitaLand's lodging business arm in China, to house Citadines Sino-Singapore Eco-City Residences (tentative) under the Ascott brand, marking the first time that the Citadines brand has landed in Tianjin. The introduction of this apartment hotel project will further enrich the business format of the Green Innovation Center and improve the commercial facilities of the Green Innovation Park.

In order to vigorously promote the development of the Eco-City's low-carbon economy in the future, SSTEC has recently signed a cooperation agreement with the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City Management Committee and the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUST) to implement the SST Eco-City Research and Innovation Centre and promote the Eco-City as a "laboratory" for green and low-carbon technology innovation and development, and nurture talents in the low-carbon field for both countries. SSTEC has also joined hands with five member units, including Tianjin Polytechnic University, to jointly set up a Collaborative Innovation Centre for Green and Low-Carbon Technologies, focusing on the field of water ecology and environmental protection technologies, and providing a platform for scientific research exchange and transformation and promotion of the China-Singapore Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Flagship Project jointly supported by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China and the National Research Foundation of Singapore.
