4. In animal oil, there is also a small "chain of contempt", compared with butter, mutton fat, and cream, lard is a little better (low saturated fat content, high oleic acid content). If you really want to eat some animal fat, then eat some lard, a little better.

5. The first choice for daily cooking is the type of oil of unsaturated fatty acids, especially the oil rich in oleic acid and linolenic acid, which is relatively small to eat now, and needs to increase the proportion appropriately.

6. No matter what kind of oil, it is important that the total amount is not exceeded. According to the recommendations of the Dietary Guidelines for Chinese Residents 2023, no more than 25~30 grams of cooking oil per day should be made
