The 4th Yangtze River Delta Intangible Cultural Heritage Festival of the 2021 Shanghai Great World opened on October 23, with 40 intangible cultural heritage performing arts projects, nearly 20 masterpieces of carving masterpieces exhibition, representative intangible cultural heritage food markets in Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui, and lectures by famous artists, presented in the immersive scene of the great world.
As part of this year's Yangtze River Delta Intangible Cultural Heritage Festival, the exhibition of carving masters took the lead in opening on the 16th and continued to be exhibited for one month. The exhibition brings together more than 70 works by nearly 20 masters such as Huizhou wood carving, East China Sea crystal carving, Zhejiang tin carving, Shanghai jade carving, etc., reflecting the exquisite carving skills and deep historical roots of the Yangtze River Delta. The works are based on a variety of materials, such as "Ancient Literature Guanzhi" and "Lanting Yaji Wood Carving Incense Barrel", etc. are inspired by classic classics, "Lake Light Mountain Color Map" and "Golden Mountain Beauty" are inspired by the beautiful scenery of nature, and "Wind Rolling Red Flag Over the Pass" combines historical themes with carving art.
Since October 23, nearly 40 intangible cultural heritage performing arts programs selected from Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui have been intensively unveiled in Shanghai Great World in 4 days, including Shanghai rap, Huai opera, Nanjing Baiju, Anhui Huangmei opera, Jinhuawu opera, Jiangnan silk bamboo and other familiar plays, as well as Jingning She folk songs, Haining playing teeth, Zhongshan Gong Na and other rare performances.
The Intangible Cultural Heritage gastronomy program is the most attractive part for tourists. This year's Yangtze River Delta Intangible Cultural Heritage Festival gathers anhui Fuliji roast chicken, Jiangsu Zhenjiang cuisine, Zhejiang traditional pastries, Shanghai Real Old House, International Hotel and other time-honored delicacies in the Shanghai Great World Open Atrium. As the finale of the Intangible Cultural Heritage Festival, the award ceremony will bring singer Lin Bao, Voice of Strength Group, "Funny Double Cannon" Pan Qianwei, Chen Liang and representatives of four famous artists, and will also release the List of Chinese Charm on the Stage of Great World Cities and the List of Outstanding Intangible Cultural Heritage Projects in the Yangtze River Delta.
