Wenjiang District, Chengdu
Wenjiang takes the creation of a national demonstration county for grassroots Chinese medicine work as the starting point, and vigorously promotes the service capacity building of traditional Chinese medicine halls. At present, all 10 grassroots medical institutions have standardized the "traditional Chinese medicine hall", which can provide more than 300 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces and 10 suitable technical services of traditional Chinese medicine in 6 categories, such as traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and cupping, among which the traditional Chinese medicine hall of Liucheng Street Community Health Service Center and Fair Street Community Health Service Center will be included in the construction unit of Chengdu 2021 grassroots traditional Chinese medicine characteristic advantages. In addition, Wenjiang has also built 18 standardized "traditional Chinese medicine pavilions" in community health service stations and village clinics where traditional Chinese medicine work has been carried out well.
Shifang City, Deyang
Yujiang Community Health Station, Luoshui Town, Shifang City, as the first batch of village (community) health stations (rooms) in Shifang City, set up a demonstration site for the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Pavilion", Yujiang Community Health Station has 4 functional rooms such as acupuncture and physiotherapy rooms, equipped with 7 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment equipment such as cervical and lumbar traction beds, and more than 120 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces. In order to effectively improve the traditional Chinese medicine service capacity of the village health station (room), in February last year, the traditional Chinese medicine sub-center of the Luoshui Central Health Center was completed, and two local villages (communities) were promoted to build "traditional Chinese medicine pavilions". Up to now, 2 county-level medical and health sub-centers and 15 "traditional Chinese medicine pavilions" have been built, accounting for 17% of the city's 87 village (community) health service stations (rooms).
Mianyang Beichuan Qiang Autonomous County
Beichuan Qiang Autonomous County has effectively strengthened the construction of "Chinese medicine halls" and "Chinese medicine pavilions", vigorously improved the service capacity of traditional Chinese medicine at the grassroots level, provided "simple, convenient, inexpensive and effective" traditional Chinese medicine services for the masses, and ensured the accessibility and convenience of high-quality traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment services at the grassroots level. The traditional Chinese medicine pavilion and traditional Chinese medicine pavilion of primary medical institutions will be built in a centralized manner, highlighting the characteristic service areas of traditional Chinese medicine, and continuously enhancing the traditional Chinese medicine service functions of primary medical institutions. Up to now, the coverage rate of TCM pavilions in 21 primary medical institutions in the county is 100%, and 15% of the connotation construction of TCM pavilions and 10% of the construction of TCM pavilions in health stations have been completed ahead of schedule.
Mianyang Santai County
Up to now, a total of 34 traditional Chinese medicine halls have been built in Santai County, equipped with more than 300 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, equipped with traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment equipment, comprehensive use of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces and traditional Chinese medicine non-drug therapy, etc., standardize the development of more than 10 appropriate technologies of traditional Chinese medicine in 6 categories, and the service capacity of traditional Chinese medicine in the county has been significantly improved. In addition, Santai County started the construction of traditional Chinese medicine pavilions, and successively built 46 village (community) traditional Chinese medicine pavilions, realizing full coverage of townships and towns.
Zitong County, Mianyang
In recent years, Zitong County has effectively strengthened the construction of "Traditional Chinese Medicine Pavilion", improved the ability of grassroots Chinese medicine services, and ensured the accessibility and convenience of high-quality Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment services at the grassroots level.
Up to now, 21 "traditional Chinese medicine pavilions" have been built in Zitong County, accounting for 11.6% of the county's 181 community health service stations and village clinics. Zitong County will actively organize human, material and financial resources to effectively speed up the construction of the 'Chinese Medicine Pavilion', so that the villagers can enjoy the convenience and benefits brought by Chinese medicine at close range.
Mianyang Youxian District
In recent years, in order to further meet the needs of rural people for traditional Chinese medicine health services, the Health Bureau of Youxian District has actively implemented and promoted the standardization of the traditional Chinese medicine pavilion in the traditional Chinese medicine characteristic health room in accordance with the relevant construction guidance standards. Xinyi Central Health Center of Youxian District, Mianyang City, according to the construction standards of the village clinic TCM pavilion, invested more than 10,000 yuan to select 10 village clinics to set up TCM pavilions. The Chinese medicine pavilion is equipped with more than 80 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine and more than 30 kinds of Chinese patent medicines, and is equipped with more than 100 pieces of common Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment equipment such as acupuncture needles, moxibustion boxes, moxa sticks, scraping boards, fire cups, etc., providing rich traditional Chinese medicine health services for local villagers.

In order to smooth the "last mile" of traditional Chinese medicine to serve the grassroots people, Anzhou District has established a traditional Chinese medicine medical service system with traditional Chinese medicine hospitals as the leader, township health centers as the hub, and rural medical institutions as the bottom of the network. In recent years, the district has invested 125 million yuan to implement 4 traditional Chinese medicine service capacity improvement projects, build 10 standardized traditional Chinese medicine halls in township health centers, equipped with traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment equipment such as magnetic therapy instruments and fumigation instruments, and equipped with more than 300 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces. At the same time, 20 village clinics were selected to build "traditional Chinese medicine pavilions" to realize that rural village doctors "can cover the bottom" and the masses "have medical support".

The Cangxi County Health Bureau gave 10,000 yuan to each village clinic for the construction of the Chinese medicine pavilion, which was used to improve the diagnosis and treatment environment of the village clinic and equip the traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment equipment. At the same time, the 547 village clinics in the county have added and updated the equipment related to the appropriate technology of traditional Chinese medicine, such as acupuncture, cupping, scraping boards, etc., as well as the storage, dispensing, and decoction equipment of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces.

In order to further promote the high-quality development of traditional Chinese medicine in Weiyuan County and comprehensively improve the ability of traditional Chinese medicine in medical treatment, prevention, health care, rehabilitation and public health services, up to now, 100% of the town health centers in Weiyuan County can provide more than 10 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine technical methods in 6 categories, and 100% of the village health stations can provide traditional Chinese medicine services, and the county's traditional Chinese medicine service capacity has been continuously improved. The county's 14 town health centers have standardized the setting of traditional Chinese medicine departments and traditional Chinese medicine pharmacies, equipped with traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment equipment, and the completion rate of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive service areas (traditional Chinese medicine halls) has reached 100%. 100% of the village clinics are equipped with one village doctor who can provide traditional Chinese medicine services.
Liangshan Huidong County
It is understood that the traditional Chinese medicine hall of Jiangzhou Town Central Health Center in Huidong County has more than 10 traditional Chinese medicine service projects such as acupuncture, moxibustion, massage, cupping, etc., including special services such as traditional Chinese medicine wrapping for bone injuries and acupoint application. Up to now, Huidong County has set up a traditional Chinese medicine pavilion in the village clinics, 9 traditional Chinese medicine clinics, and 19 towns (streets) have achieved full coverage of basic medical and preventive health services of traditional Chinese medicine.
