In terms of supporting enterprises to carry out industrial design capacity improvement, no more than 20% of the total approved investment of the project will be given to the qualified industrial design energy level improvement projects with a total investment of more than 5 million yuan (inclusive), and the maximum amount of support for a single key project shall not exceed 2 million yuan.
