To help enterprises "one-click migration", Xiong'an New Area has also launched the "1+N" action for cross-provincial and municipal relocation of enterprises, that is, to create a cross-provincial and municipal migration service system including "1 set of inter-provincial and municipal migration mechanism" and "N supporting measures to benefit enterprises" around the six links involved in Beijing's cross-provincial and municipal relocation process, including enterprise registration, tax-related business, and official seal filing.

Relying on the integrated online government service platform of Xiong'an New Area, through measures such as standardizing online service standards, optimizing online service processes, building a unified Internet government service general portal, integrating government service data resources, and improving supporting systems, enterprises and people only need to enter "one network" to complete matters in different fields.
"All matters can be applied online, most of the matters have been done online, and some matters that need to be handled on-site can be completed immediately at the window of the government service center after passing the online pre-examination, ensuring that it can be run at most once." Jin Hui, head of the administrative examination and approval reform team of the Public Service Bureau of Xiong'an New Area, introduced that taking the "one-network office" for the examination and approval of engineering construction projects as an example, this business realizes the collaborative online handling of the whole life cycle business of engineering construction projects from project declaration to project completion and acceptance, and the approval data is pushed synchronously.
"One network" should not only be "able to do", but also "all-in-one".
The Public Service Bureau of Xiong'an New Area, together with the Reform and Development Bureau of Xiong'an New Area, the Natural Resources and Planning Bureau of Xiong'an New Area, the Construction and Transportation Administration of Xiong'an New Area, and other relevant business departments, has established a linkage mechanism to create an integrated examination and approval system for engineering construction projects. "Our company is a technology enterprise established in Beijing in 2013, settled in Xiong'an New Area in 2019, and moved into the pilot base of Xiong'an New Area Science and Technology Innovation Center in 2023. The policy is very friendly to enterprises, and enterprises do not need to submit an application to directly enjoy subsidy support. Zhang Mengdi, marketing director of Beijing Pulong Technology Co., Ltd., said that at the beginning of this year, they were identified as enterprises above designated size and publicized on the industrial Internet platform of Xiong'an New Area. After following the process and filling in the relevant information, they quickly received the subsidy funds.
"Enjoy without application" refers to the optimization of services and information sharing, making full use of the government information sharing platform and big data resources in Xiong'an New Area, so that eligible enterprises are exempt from declaration, directly enjoy preferential policies, and reward funds directly to the account.
Strengthen digital empowerment and focus on "efficiency" and "completion". From 2023 onwards, the Reform and Development Bureau of Xiong'an New Area will take some industrial policies as a pilot to explore and promote the work of "enjoying without application", and accurately match enterprises and policies through data aggregation and sharing, big data analysis, and artificial intelligence assistance, so as to realize "no declaration, zero errands, and fast cash" of industrial policy funds. On April 11, Xiong'an New Area released the industrial policy "enjoy without application" work plan, and released the first batch of 54 "enjoy without application" policy list.
