Under the guidance of the project leader Kang Li and the school art museum, the participants collectively curated the theme exhibition "2123 Archaeology: 100 Things in the Art Museum 100 Years Ago" as an overall response to the topics of digital technology, art museums, and more possibilities for future exhibition planning. "2123 Archaeology: 100 Things in Art Museums 100 Years Ago" fictionalizes a "comprehensive body" of the near-future world that exists in the 22nd century, initiating cultural archaeology from the future to today's art museums and art exhibitions, combining reality and imagination, breaking the boundaries and barriers between virtual reality, present and future, time and space, on the one hand, as stated in the book "Anticipations" in 1902, predicting the future has always been an important pastime in human life. On the other hand, as stated in the vision of the "Virtual Curatorial Talent Training for Art Museums" project, a new model of multi-dimensional curation will be created in the constantly updated network communication. This exhibition breaks through the temporal logic of traditional curation, and examines and summarizes the overall construction of contemporary art museums and exhibitions from a macro perspective.

At the exhibition site, 100 "monumental" booths carry data modules to form an art information matrix connected with the times, describing the current situation of art museums and contemporary curation with imaginative narratives, and expressing a beautiful vision for the future through the "unlimited" exhibition lines arranged in the exhibition. At the same time, this exhibition makes full use of artificial intelligence, virtual assets and digital equipment to make a clever interpretation of the fictional reality and confused reality that the virtual exhibition may bring, bringing a new perception and immersive viewing experience to the audience.

In addition, the project team will also sort out and edit the wonderful teaching content of the teaching experts and compile it into a compilation.

Training philosophy.

While focusing on the development of the technology media exhibition industry, this training program is also committed to maximizing social influence, so that the results of the project can play a broad and positive role in national aesthetic education. With the development of the economy, the application of digital technology, and the proposal of a new pattern of "great aesthetic education", the aesthetic education value of art museum exhibitions is constantly improving. Compared with offline physical exhibitions, virtual exhibitions have significant advantages in terms of communication benefits, which can effectively promote the transformation of exhibition resources into aesthetic education resources and form an education service system covering the whole country. In the context of the mainland's vigorous promotion of the comprehensive reform of "five educations at the same time, three comprehensive education", the coordinated development of exhibition and aesthetic education will become an inevitable trend, and how to transform the high-quality exhibitions in many cultural and museum institutions in the mainland into aesthetic education resources, so that curation can serve aesthetic education, is also an important direction of this training. On the basis of traditional curatorial teaching, this training content has pioneered the cutting-edge course on the application of information technology to exhibitions, discussed the topic of digital application and sharing of art resources, inspired and encouraged the front-line curatorial practitioners of art museums to use technical means to tilt more educational resources to the uneven development of the central and western regions, and make up for the disparity in the strength of provincial and municipal museums and grassroots museums in mainland China, and the uneven geographical distribution of art museums. The shortcomings in collection resources and public services have truly allowed the wider public to obtain high-quality education from museums.

At present, 5G, artificial intelligence, blockchain technology is widely used in the field of art management, the public's viewing mode is constantly changing with the fast-paced network communication, virtual simulation curation in the information age to meet the audience's mobile browsing behavior Xi and experience needs at the same time to establish a new type of online communication and communication platform, is bound to become the optimization of art management professional curatorial talents. The "Virtual Curatorial Talent Training for Art Museums" project is committed to promoting the effectiveness of digital media in aesthetic education for all people in combination with the characteristics of the times, educational requirements and social needs.

The successful conclusion of the training is also a good beginning for the project teachers and students to realize the above vision, and the participants will return to their respective positions with the harvest of the training to continue their efforts, becoming an important fulcrum to promote the combination of new technology and the field of curation and aesthetic education.
