Comrade Zhang Shu, born in September 1959 in Zalantun City, Hulunbuir, is a member of the Communist Party of China, joined the public security work in September 1983, a first-class police inspector, and was the deputy captain of the grass-roots basic work brigade of the Zalantun City Public Security Bureau before his death, and successively served as a section member, squadron leader, deputy captain, and instructor of the Xiangyang police station of the criminal police brigade. Because of his outstanding work achievements, he was awarded the "Advanced Individual in Anti-Narcotics Control" by the Autonomous Region Narcotics Control Commission, and zeng was awarded the third class merit of the individual twice, and has been rated as an outstanding communist party member, an excellent civil servant, an advanced worker, and an excellent investigator for many times.
Zhang Shu has the political character of loyalty to the party and selfless dedication. In the past 36 years since he was a police officer, he has always set strict demands on himself with the standards of party members, taken every post and every task seriously, did not pick or choose work, did not compete for fame and fortune, always insisted on doing ordinary work correctly and for a long time, and was recognized by the Public Security Bureau as an old scalper, and adhered to his original intention in ordinary posts to create extraordinary.

In his 11-year career at the police station, he was the "desperate sanlang" who regarded him as his home, he was the "big brother" most respected by his comrades-in-arms, he was a good policeman praised by the masses, he kept in mind the safety and security of the common people, and his footprints spread all over every corner of the jurisdiction, and he established a lofty image of the people's police in the hearts of the masses with one practical thing after another.
Comrade Zhang Shu has always adhered to the law enforcement belief of being upright and righteous, and being jealous and hateful. In his 17-year career as a criminal policeman, he assiduously studied criminal investigation business, worked hard to improve the level of investigation and cracking cases, trained a strong investigative skill, and solved a large number of difficult cases. In his years of work, he always actively asked for war, often traveled to many places, crossed thousands of miles to investigate and collect evidence, often squatted for several consecutive days to arrest, from the police career, he cracked more than 1,100 large and small cases, arrested more than 400 criminal suspects, and recovered more than 700,000 yuan of economic losses for the masses, effectively deterred criminals and protected the safety of one side.

In his police career, he has never handled a relationship case, a personal relationship case, and a money case, and there has not been a single unjust, false, or wrong case in the cases he handled, and he has consciously safeguarded the good image of the people's police in the new period.
