As the most authoritative literary award in Jiangsu Province, the Purple Mountain Literary Award has gone through 23 years since its establishment in 1997, and has a high reputation and reputation in the national literary circles. The award is selected every three years, and the scope of this year's Purple Mountain Literary Award is the officially published works and the outstanding literary editors and literary newcomers that have emerged during the period from 2020 to 2022, and the award work will be launched in March 2023, and after two stages of preliminary and final evaluation, 48 award-winning works (articles) will be finally selected, and another 6 will be selected as literary editors and literary newcomers.

They explore history with their brushstrokes, explore reality with the power of thought, and use rich narratives and diverse expressions to reflect the sensitivity and participation of Jiangsu writers to the times and life.
