A few days ago, the Hongye Residential Area of the High-tech Zone held a special job fair for employment at the "doorstep" to build a docking platform for employers and the people seeking help, and open up the "last mile" of employment services.
"Where do you go to work? How do I pay for insurance? "Is the working time a comprehensive working hour or a five-day off?" At the scene, in front of the booths of various companies, job seekers communicated face-to-face with the recruiters of the enterprises about the positions they were interested in, such as job requirements, salaries, development prospects and other issues, and the recruiters patiently explained them one by one.
The job fair was hosted by the Red Leaf Neighborhood Committee, and vigorously promoted through online and offline methods, striving to meet the job search needs of key employment groups and flexible employment targets such as fresh graduates, new arrivals, and the unemployed. The job fair attracted the participation of 16 companies, and launched more than 100 jobs, covering 230 employment needs.
In addition to holding a job fair, in view of the characteristics of many small and micro stores in Hongye residential areas, Jinshan District was also invited to promote the relevant policies of entrepreneurship and employment among the staff of the center, so that residents and businessmen can more comprehensively grasp the support policies and preferential measures for entrepreneurship.
In recent years, the Hongye Residential Area of the High-tech Zone has actively explored and improved the construction of the "15-minute employment service circle", guiding employment resources to sink to the front line, so that new employees can stay and work, and attract more outsiders to enter and succeed.
In the next step, the high-tech zone will rely on the "red industry" enjoyment space in the red leaf residential area, continue to carry out a series of activities of "job fairs at the doorstep" and form a brand effect, make every effort to promote stable employment and protect people's livelihood, promote the continuous improvement and upgrading of the employment service system in the jurisdiction, and provide more adequate and higher-quality employment services for residential businesses.
