Deng Ning, male, Han nationality, born in 1986, is a member of the Communist Party of China, a fourth-level researcher and public lawyer of the Second Division of the Legislative Affairs Commission of the Standing Committee of the Guizhou Provincial People's Congress. Participated in the drafting of the Regulations on the Promotion of Rural Revitalization in Guizhou Province. Assist in the demonstration of laws and regulations submitted for approval, such as the "Regulations on the Autonomy of Southwest Guizhou Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture" and the "Regulations on the Development of Miao Medicine in Songtao Miao Autonomous County". In his work practice, Deng Ning adhered to integrity and innovation, constantly thought about improving the local legislative work mechanism, and gave full play to the leading role of the people's congress and its standing committee in legislative work. When drafting the "Amendment to the Regulations on Work Safety in Guizhou Province (Draft)", he innovatively and organically combined the legislative research with the Standing Committee's law enforcement inspection of "one law and one regulation" on production safety, and made full use of the results of the law enforcement inspection of production safety, so as to make the text more pertinent and operable.

As a public lawyer and legal adviser of the organ, Deng Ning gave full play to his professional advantages and actively did a good job in relevant services in accordance with the requirements of the unit. He conscientiously summed up the experience of technical norms in local legislative work in recent years and solved the problems encountered, and undertook specific work such as the technical specifications for local legislation of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress and the revision of the regulations on the work of the legislative expert database of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress. In his legislative work, he repeatedly polished the text of laws and regulations, so that the legislative value orientation behind each article could be full of public opinion, close to the people's livelihood, and conform to the people's will. When undertaking the "Guizhou Provincial Pension Service Regulations", based on the fact that the proposal only stipulates that the accompanying leave can be enjoyed, but does not stipulate the specific number of days, Deng Ning carried out a special investigation on this issue, wrote a research report, and suggested that it is clear that the parents of employees who are over 60 years old and sick and hospitalized can enjoy 7 to 15 days of escort leave, so as to make the escort leave more operational. When revising the "Guizhou Provincial Population and Family Planning Regulations", he sorted out and summarized the regulations on marriage leave, maternity leave, and parental leave in all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, and some cities divided into districts, and from the perspective of protecting relevant rights and conducive to economic and social development, he fully considered the actual situation of the province, and suggested that those who registered their marriages in accordance with the law should be entitled to the marriage leave stipulated by the state by 10 days; In addition to the maternity leave provided by the state, the maternity leave for the woman is increased by 60 days, the nursing leave for the man is 15 days, and the parents of infants and young children under the age of 3 are entitled to 10 days of parental leave each year, which is adopted.
