During the operation, law enforcement officers went deep into Taibai, Laocheng, Banqiao and other towns to randomly inspect restaurants, focusing on the publicity of each store's license, the implementation of the main responsibility of food safety, the procurement and storage of raw materials, the standardization of processing operations, the cleaning and disinfection of dining utensils, the management of food additives, the treatment of kitchen waste, the sale and production of wild animal food, the installation and access of "Internet + Bright Kitchen Bright Stove", and the application of "Longshang Food Safety Traceability Platform".
