Tang Seng has a tight spell on Sun Wukong, which can manage Sun Wukong, restrict his actions, and prevent him from making mistakes. And sometimes he weaves clothes for him, and influences Wukong in action.
4. Tang Seng is wise. For the sake of great love, and give up small love.
To give up his love for the sake of purifying all sentient beings, his love is sublime and great.
5. Tang Seng's origin.
Tang Seng has a relationship with the Buddha, is the reincarnation of the golden cicada, has a deep relationship with Rulai, and worships with Tang Taizong, because of the noble status, so it determines its status is higher than others.

Because the journey to the west is actually the true path of mind cultivation, and the shortcomings and defects of the soul have not changed, then it is destined not to succeed.
Moreover, repeated fighting goblins cannot carve the mind, and when there is a problem, the rescue soldiers cannot be realized, and the soul of the four masters and apprentices cannot be changed.
And Tang Seng is not a qualified manager.
1. The mortal eye does not have the ability to identify goblins, which inevitably determines that there is no distinction between good and evil, right and wrong. And if there is no distinction between good and evil, the villain will be reused, and the virtuous person will be lightened, so it will cause a scene of withering talents.

Therefore, Tang Seng's management ability in "Journey to the West" is still lacking.
This also brought me a deep enlightenment, a qualified manager, first of all, must have a sharp eye, the ability to distinguish between right and wrong, in order to be able to make talented and capable people approach. Otherwise, no matter how big your goal is, it will be a mirage to do things without excellent talents.
In addition, an excellent manager is an excellent manager who can purify the soul of employees and help them get rid of bad habits.
Otherwise, no matter how good the policy and system are formulated, because employees are unable to demand themselves, it will cause things to deviate from the goal, and even affect the completion of the overall goal because of a small loophole or wrong thing.
