In order to further promote the special investigation and rectification of major accident hidden dangers in 2023, the industry and information technology department of Yuanjiang County has taken multiple measures in combination with the supervision responsibilities of the industry in the field to standardize and normalize the illegal modification of trucks and effectively curb the occurrence of road traffic accidents.
On October 27, the Yuanjiang County Bureau of Industry, Commerce and Technology Information, together with the County Public Security Bureau, the County Road Transportation Bureau, the County Market Supervision Bureau and other departments, carried out a special inspection of joint law enforcement on the illegal production and modification of trucks. Law enforcement officers comprehensively inspect truck maintenance and transportation enterprises, focusing on checking the maintenance records and spare parts procurement records of truck maintenance enterprises; Inspect the implementation of the main responsibility of the cargo transportation enterprise, and whether the freight vehicle has the addition of container steeplechase, illegal modification, assembly, etc. For the problems and hidden dangers found, the law enforcement officers ordered the enterprise to rectify within a time limit, and signed a letter of commitment on the main responsibility of the truck maintenance and transportation enterprises to further consolidate the main responsibility of the enterprise and eliminate illegal modification from the source.
In order to ensure the effectiveness of the work, Yuanjiang County continues to do a good job in the source of freight control, and goes deep into the three key enterprises of Yongfa cement, Dian Jing steel mold and Tongjian metal every month to carry out overrun and overload safety knowledge preaching and inspection, and implements the work to the source enterprises, so as to ensure that the enterprises do not install more and do not pull more vehicles from the source, and strictly prevent illegal overrun and overloaded vehicles from leaving the station and leaving the road.
Up to now, the law enforcement department has carried out a total of 3 joint law enforcement operations, dispatched 32 law enforcement personnel, 12 law enforcement vehicles, inspected 25 truck maintenance enterprises, 3 transportation enterprises, and supervised the rectification of 86 problems on the spot.
