And in the confession, Qian Renfeng said that he had a conflict with the director Zhu Mei himself, so he would help Luo poison the kindergarten children, and someone must die, in order to take revenge on Zhu Mei. She appealed immediately after the verdict, but the appeal was soon dismissed.
A case in which there was no tangible evidence, the suspect kept shouting injustice, and only confessions ushered in the General Bureau, and seventeen-year-old Qian Renfeng was put in prison. But after entering prison, Qian Renfeng did not give up her appeal, and she began to learn to write from a young age, and letters were sent to various departments, but she never got a response.

The light of the right path
In 2010, after eight years in prison, she met Yang Zhu, who spent the next five years jumping around for her just to get her clean slate, but the road was difficult.
The encounter between Yang Zhu and Qian Renfeng was completely coincidental, Yang Zhu originally came to the prison to provide basic legal services to the prisoners, and Qian Renfeng heard that a lawyer came to the prison and immediately asked to meet Yang Zhu and them. Yang Zhu still clearly remembered the look in her eyes when she saw Qian Renfeng as if she had grasped a life-saving straw.
"I was wronged! I was really wronged! ”
Yang Zhu had also seen prisoners who had vindicated himself before, but he had never seen such an emotional one, and the prison guards told Yang Zhu that Qian Renfeng had been shouting for eight years, but there had been no result, Yang Zhu felt that there was something strange in this, so he decided to help Qian Renfeng, and with the help of a lawyer, Qian Renfeng had confidence, but the road ahead was still very long.

He continued to search for evidence, and after a comprehensive review of all the evidence of that year through the investigation of relevant people that year, Yang Zhu found that many pieces of evidence could not support each other, such as the deceased's toxicology report came out in March, but in February the police determined that Qian Renfeng was poisoned.
In 2013, the Yunnan provincial procuratorate retrieved all the case files from that year and began a new investigation, but it took another two years for the investigation to finally reach a result. In May 2015, the procuratorate formally concluded that the trial that year was "unclear in the facts and insufficient evidence, and a retrial was recommended"! On December 21, 2015, 30-year-old Qian Renfeng stepped into court, where she was officially acquitted by the court, and for 13 years, she finally ushered in a fair and reasonable trial after losing the best time of her life.
