With the theme of "Sites Carry Civilization and Cities Talk About the Future", this forum organized stamp launch ceremony, keynote speeches, "Talking Garden" salons, seminars and exchanges, etc., and carried out exchanges and discussions on the archaeology, research, construction, management, operation and service of urban archaeological site parks, and explored the high-quality development of national archaeological site parks in the new era.
The total number of Henan National Archaeological Site Parks ranks first in the country
The National Archaeological Site Park is a new type of large site protection and utilization model explored and created by the mainland in the field of cultural heritage protection since the new century. Henan, as the most concentrated area of large sites in the country, has invested a lot of manpower and material resources in the construction of archaeological site parks, with the strong support of the State Administration of Cultural Heritage, Henan has built 7 listed national archaeological site parks, including Yin Market, Sui and Tang Luoyang City, Han Wei Luoyang Ancient City, Zhenghan Old City, Zhengzhou Shopping Center, Yanshi Erlitou, Yuchi Yangshao Village, and 10 national archaeological site parks such as Gongyi Song Mausoleum, Huaiyang Pingliangtai Ancient City, and Yanshi Mall have entered the project list, and the total number of national archaeological site parks ranks first in the country.
Henan has formed a relatively mature working mode in the protection of large sites and the construction of archaeological site parks, and has made certain achievements, initially giving play to the benign social effect of the national archaeological site park in serving economic and social development and meeting the spiritual and cultural life needs of the people.
As the core area of the origin, birth and development of Chinese civilization, Henan has many large sites such as Yangshao Village, Miaodigou and Dahe Village closely related to the origin and development of civilization.
Ren Wei, director of the Henan Provincial Cultural Relics Bureau, said in his speech that building these large sites related to the origin of civilization into archaeological site parks, developing into cultural tourist attractions, and creating them into national cultural landmarks and spiritual symbols is a proper move to show the great course of Chinese civilization.
Yanshi Erlitou, Zhengzhou Shangcheng, Anyang Yinxu, Sui and Tang Luoyang City, Northern Song Dynasty Tokyo City and other large sites are not only the ruins of the capital of the ancient dynasty, but also mostly overlap with modern cities. Relying on these large sites to build a national archaeological site park, we must not only consider the protection and utilization of cultural relics, but also fully consider the integration with modern urban functions.
The theme of this year's National Archaeological Site Park Alliance Joint Conference perfectly fits the actual situation and practical needs of Henan Great Site Protection and Archaeological Site Park construction.

At the launch ceremony of the special stamp of "National Archaeological Site Park", Xin Lujiang, Deputy Director of the Department of Archaeology of the State Administration of Cultural Heritage, and Gu Jun, Deputy General Manager of the Postal Business Department of China Post Group, unveiled the special stamp of "National Archaeological Site Park", and jointly presented stamps to four national archaeological site parks in Liangzhu, Taosi, Shiji and Erlitou, together with Liu Shifa, Director of China Cultural Heritage News, and Ren Wei, Director of Henan Provincial Cultural Relics Bureau.
In the keynote speech session, Fan Quanquan, researcher of Henan Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology, and Wang Qinglan, senior engineer of the Chinese Academy of Cultural Heritage, gave special reports on the planning strategies and practices of Zhenghan Ancient City and Urban Stacked Archaeological Site Park from the perspective of century-old archaeology.
In the "Garden of Words" salon, Sun Yingmin, Chairman of the Archaeological Heritage Professional Committee of the Archaeological Society of China, Huang Zi, Chief Expert of Zhejiang Ancient Architecture Design and Research Institute, Wu Chun, Deputy Director of Xi'an City Wall Management Committee, and Wang Chaoyang, Chief Architect of Tencent SSV Digital Culture Lab, offered suggestions on the construction and development of urban national archaeological site parks.
In the afternoon experience exchange session, six experts and scholars from all over the country brought wonderful speeches on urban archaeology, site protection and display and utilization, site museum, digital application, and the construction of site parks in the renewal of old cities.
